Quotation & Estimate
After reviewing your inquiry, we provide a competitive quotation based on your preferred trade terms such as FOR (Free on Road), FOB (Free on Board), or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight).
Consultation & Order Discussion
A formal discussion is arranged through phone calls, online meetings, or chat to understand product specifications, packaging requirements, quantity, destination, and other order details.
Proforma Invoice
Once the pricing and terms are finalized, we issue a Proforma Invoice on our official letterhead containing complete details regarding product quality, packaging specifications, quantity, shipment terms, and contract value. The agreement is then confirmed by both the importer and exporter.
Payment Terms
Payments can be made through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or via Letter of Credit (L/C) issued by a recognized international bank, as per mutually agreed payment terms.
Processing & Packaging
Upon receipt of advance payment or confirmation of the Letter of Credit, we begin processing, quality inspection, and hygienic packaging of the order at our manufacturing facility.
Dispatch & Shipping
After packaging, the goods are loaded into export containers and dispatched to the designated shipping port. Following customs clearance and shipping formalities, the consignment is transported to the buyer’s destination port for delivery.
Documentation & Certifications
We provide all necessary export documentation as per international trade and import regulations, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Bill of Lading
- Fumigation Certificate
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Lab Test Report (Pesticide-Free Only)
Additional certifications, legalization, or attestation requirements can also be arranged on an actual cost basis as per official charges.
